Roll yourself fit and note the following tips:
Do not work on pain points for too long and regulate body weight (approx. 20 - 30 seconds)
- Never roll directly into the pain zone but close to the pain point
- correct posture (this is improved and strengthened with every training session)
- It's better to roll for about 15 - 20 minutes several times a week (rolling for too long leads to pain)
- Pay attention to your breathing and don't roll with too much pressure (it's more about technique than pressure)
- Rolling over joints can have a negative effect on well-being and is definitely not recommended
