In order to make the return easier for you within the scope of the right of withdrawal according to §356 and §357 BGB, you can generate a DHL return slip here. This costs €5.20 per package for normal packages and €9.80 per package for oversized packages that can still be sent by DHL).
(Normal: max. 120 x 60 x 60 cm, 31.5 kg; Oversized: up to 200 cm length * 2 x width + 2 * height less than 360 cm)
The amount will then be deducted when refunding.

Fixed costs of €50 are incurred for freight forwarding goods (bulky goods). Please contact us directly here for a pick-up date.

If the return is not covered by the right of withdrawal but by warranty, no costs will be charged when using this note. If you are not sure whether it is a warranty case, you can simply contact us.

Please enter your own address as the sender in the DHL form, our address is already saved.
Please use the invoice number or the order number as the order number. You can find both on the invoice.

The certificate will then be sent to the e-mail address you entered as a PDF and you can print it out yourself. Only use the ticket for one package.
Several tickets must be generated and printed out for several packages, otherwise it is possible that not all packages will be delivered by DHL.

The use of the form is not absolutely necessary for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal. The revocation can also be exercised in any other way using an explicit declaration.
