What discount codes do you currently have?

You will receive discount codes if you subscribe to our newsletter or if you have a long-standing POWRX Family customer status.

Where is my package?

After you have ordered, we will deliver your package within 3-5 working days using standard shipping.

My package should have arrived a long time ago!

Please use the shipment tracking to check whether the package was delivered to a neighbor. If it's not with a neighbor and the shipping status hasn't changed in 5 days, please contact us - our contact options are below. As soon as a package is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. You can use this to track the shipment progress.

How do I return an item?

Instructions for requesting the parcel label

Request a DHL return slip

Enter your invoice or order number under order number.
Enter the e-mail address to which the note should then be sent.
Enter the sender's address in the remaining fields (the recipient's address is permanently stored and does not have to be entered).
Enter the displayed security code in the field below.
Press "Send e-mail".

Why didn't my order arrive?

Once your order left our distribution center, you should have received an email with a tracking number and a link to track your order.

Do you offer free returns?

No. Not at the moment. You can generate a DHL return slip. This costs €5.20 per package for normal packages and €9.80 per package for oversized packages that can still be sent by DHL).

When will I get my refund?

We'll send you a confirmation email once we've received your return and your refund has been processed. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Refunds can take up to 28 days to appear on your bank statement. If for any reason we are unable to issue a refund to the original payment method, we will contact you to arrange an alternative. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately you cannot cancel your order. However, you can send them back under the conditions specified above.
